ANDERS, BOYETT & BRADY, P.C. was founded in 1998. Ferrell Anders and David Boyett, two of the founding members of the firm, have since retired from the practice of law and the firm’s name was changed to ANDERS, BOYETT, BRADY & SMITH, P.C. during that transition period. Ferrell and David’s names remain to honor their years of hard work and dedication to the firm and service to the community. While the firm has been and will continue to be referred to as “ABB” by many clients and colleagues, the firm is currently comprised of two principals, David Brady and Jason Smith, and two associates, Jeff Setterstrom and Jason Crane.
