Born and raised in Mobile, AL, David Brady received his B.S. in Pre-Law from The University of Alabama in 1981 and his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1984. While attending school, David became a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, Omicron Delta Kappa, and the Jasons. He received admission into the Alabama State Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama in 1984. He is also a member of the Mobile Bar Association.
David’s practice specializes in real property, real estate, commercial law, and title insurance law. He maintains a Martindale Hubble Rating AV®. He serves on the leadership council for the Alabama Center for Real-Estate and is on the executive committee of The University of Alabama Capstone Leadership Council.
David served in the Alabama National Guard and the United States Army Reserve for 30 years. He is a decorated Veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm and retired at the rank of Colonel. David and his wife Lucy Bowman Brady are active members of Christ Church Cathedral. He has served as a member of the Vestry, as Junior Warden, and as Senior Warden at All Saints Episcopal Church, and currently is the Disaster Preparedness Coordinator for The Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast.
